OpenAgno Cloud stores account, organization, subscription and tenant-control metadata required to operate the SaaS control plane. Authentication and user data are handled through Supabase in your configured environment.

Billing details are processed by Stripe. Runtime configuration is synchronized with OpenAgno OSS only through the approved Phase 10.5 HTTP contract and not through direct database access.

Operators are responsible for the retention and protection policies of the infrastructure they deploy, including Supabase, Stripe, AWS and the OpenAgno runtime itself.
